The name PROGRESSIO comes from the Latin word for progress, but its deeper meaning is what truly defines us.
In Roman times, PROGRESSIO wasn’t just about growth or advancement. It meant taking the first step forward by seeing things differently. A new perspective. A new direction. A better way forward. That belief sits at the heart of everything we do.
In 2009, PROGRESSIO was created to move beyond traditional models of recruitment, interim management, temporary staffing and consultancy. We saw organisations struggling not just with hiring, but with leadership and expert knowledge gaps, capability challenges, and complex transformation problems that couldn’t be solved by isolated solutions or short-term fixes. That’s why we built something different: a company that delivers value through people.
